God's Plan.

God has a Master Plan for all of us, all of our churches and the whole body of Christ. God's plan doesn't always match up to our plans. God's plan sometimes hurts! God's plan sometimes brings pain to even the highest of positions. God's plan will sometimes scare you half to death! God's plan will sometimes break a man down and cause many to wonder exactly where God went. God's plan will sometimes make people angry, even furious at those that they have known and loved for years. God's plan will take His people from place to place, to greater and greater things. God's plan will take a church that has been promised revival, strip them of everything they knew of the 'old' church and prepare them to be stronger, wiser, and more sensitive, until they are ready for the great outpouring He has promised them for so long.
God's plan will ALWAYS be the right plan; no matter what we may think; no matter what we may do to change it to OUR plan; no matter how one may interpret it as "being out of His will." God's plan IS ALWAYS the right plan to follow. If we take God's plan and shake it, squeeze it, shrink it, cut it, fold it and break it to fit our lives and what WE "KNOW" it should be, we'll soon find out that we are left with nothing but a crumpled up mess. We are mere human, carnal beings, who sometimes think we know better than God, but if we will do what God told us to do, as our Pastor said as he was resigning; seek the face of God in prayer and fasting; not take the easy way out, or make a rash decision that could effect the church for years to come, then God will show us His plan for our church and for His people in Wichita Falls.
Keep faith, keep praying, and keep trusting God, church, because if we can't do that, then why are we even in this in the first place?
