I must say that this guy is quite possibly the funniest, most successful mascot I've ever seen. Just looking at him makes you want to save 15% by switching to Geico! Whoever thought this guy up really does deserve a raise. I saw the ad on Yahoo today and just couldn't let the opportunity pass for him to make it famous on 'Dubya'. He just looks like he woul
d be a great person to hang around.... or thing to hang around. I know I would switch to Geico if I didn't all ready use them. AND for Jorgie, did you know that they eat crickets?? Not Geico, geckos!! I have actually seen them at my job, helping us vacuum them up. Of course, they aren't quite as big as this guy, I'd probably run and hide if I saw Mr. Gecko walk up, chewin' on a cricket, but they do serve a good purpose during this lovely time in Texas. Anyway, must be a slow news day for me to talk about my car insurance's mascot. I need something to blog about! Today has been a good day! We love geckos. There is one currently living somewhere in my house. Probably under my fridge. The lady at the pet store said that they are great to leave in your house. Darren wants one for a pet now and so we might by one that you can keep in an aquarium.

Cute as long as they are NOT in my house! I opened the door from our bedroom to the backporch recently and not one, but two, came running into our bedroom. I screamed and crawled up on the bed until Keith came and rescued me! lol. I don't like creatures of any kind that crawl.

I think they are just snakes with legs so they run instead of crawl....YUCK!
