Another Beautiful Day

Ah, another beautiful, sunny, warm, bit breezy, perfect day for doing nothing but washing a car or relaxing in the backyard drinkin' a lemonade, or just drinkin' in that Texas Sun, kickin' back, settled in, just enjoying the day. A perfect day..... for a FUNERAL!!! I've noticed that on the days I have to work, you couldn't ask for a more beautiful day, and on the days I'm off, well, we have record winds blowin', record cold, record heat, record snowfall or record dust storms. Why is that? Oh well, guess it's just the "realist" side of me that notices that. Hope everyone is enjoying your Saturday! I'll enjoy the rest of this beautiful day, that's for sure! Plan on cookin' out and wearin' flip flops!! It's that time of year again. The time of year everyone dreads because you get to see my ugly feet for six solid months until time for cool weather again. Sorry, I'm a flip flopper! Maybe I should run for President! I already have a campaign name. Anyway, I'm really starting to ramble so, now that I have unwound from my day of work, I'm going to go enjoy an evening of NOTHING!!! Have a good one! Keep Blogging alive in 2005!! Just sounds better than 2007. I guess I could say, "Blogging our way to Heaven in 2007!! How's that?
