Today.... I am happy! No more sweat in the summer... no more sweaters in the winter! Alan, my air conditioning hero is here!! I'm not sure if I told the story about my air conditioner or not, but I'll tell it again just in case.
Last June, we moved into our home. It was beautiful and the weather wasn't too bad all month. July came along and we quickly discovered, something was amiss. In fact, a lot was missing, about two TONS of air conditioner!!! Seems as if there were problems with the geothermal unit that was originally installed and the previous owner of the house, either didn't know what they were doing or purposely installed a smaller unit to save some money. They were moving so who cares, right? Well, I CARED!
We discovered that our illustrious home warranty coverage (OLD REPUBLIC) is not a home warranty company at all, they are an EXCUSE MAKING COMPANY. Anyway, they wouldn't do anything about it. So, after a really hot summer and a really cold winter in doors, we decided enough is enough.
Alan, come help!!!
He did... and is.... and by the end of the day, we will have an energy efficient air conditioner for all to enjoy when visiting our home. Thanks Alan!
If you need any a/c work, give him a call... Alan House Air Conditioning. He's a good guy and he'll do you right too!
-approved by Farley Wells, CMDI who is mad because I wouldn't let him fix it. Remember the plumbing Farley??? That's all I've got to say!

Where was Alan when we were painting??? I'm glad it's fixed, got tired of hauling blankets when we came to visit. HA! Those ole funeral fans just stirup hot air.
Probably working at the funeral home to keep my office cold (in the summer) and hot (in the winter)
Oh-no!! That was Norma playing with the thermostat. Our thermostats go up and down faster than the fastest pumpjacks in the world.
Whew....am I glad y'all got air!!!! I remember coming home from "old time" youth camp only to find out that our pump on our air conditioner had gone out. This was on a Saturday, so our help wouldn't arrive until Monday! Those were 2 VERY long days!!! Thank the Lord for air conditioning!
Well... congrats. Now we will be able to at least be cool at the Dutton home. No more 77 degree evenings. :o)
