This week is a blur! I've had my two days off this week, yesterday and today, and I don't feel as if I've rested yet!Yesterday was spent at the church all day, helping with odds and ends, in preparation for the big "Installation Weekend." We laugh at the thought of Pastor Holley actually being "installed" this weekend, seeing as he's been here for a few months now and by the way God has moved, I'd say he's pretty much already downloaded, installed, and running non-stop! However, I know why we are having this weekend and it is needed. Anyway, I drove to the church yesterday glaring at the rising sun all the way, and much to my surprise, when I left, I was greeted by the moon and stars. Then today, I've stared at computers, both at home and at the church, for most of the day; frantically finishing up my "hosting duties."
I must say that I couldn't be more anxious for this weekend to finally get here! Seems as if we have been working non-stop to have the perfect weekend, one to celebrate the rare privilege of installing another "Greatest Pastor in all the Land." God has definitely blessed Wichita Falls and if you're coming to celebrate with us, you probably already know that to be a fact. If you don't, you'll know it before you leave!
So, to those I'll see this weekend, I can't wait! For those who I won't, I'm sorry. You'll just miss out!
