Money Well Wasted.

Well, the results are in from UCB (University of China at Beijing) and the conclusion is that all my regular viewers are from Texas, with the majority being from the Wichita Falls area. Who knew?? Thankyou Chu, Chi, Fung, Fu, and all the many others who participated in the study from China, it was money well wasted

In other news, today I've spent the majority of my time trying to figure out what is wrong with Kim's Altima (NO THE PICTURE IS NOT OUR CAR, IT'S A RANDOM INTERNET PHOTO.) I believe the battery is bad, or the alternator, or the starter, or something to do with turning the key and it sounding sluggish and then starting. Once the car is running, it's fine... never dying or anything like that, just scares the living out of me until it actually starts. So, Kim is driving my little tin can while I figure out what's wrong with her car. I looked on-line to see if anyone had had this type of trouble with their Altimas, in hopes that there is a recall where I can get something for free. No such luck, all I found were people with MUCH WORSE problems than mine. One lady, in Tennessee was driving down I-75 and her car just died in the middle of the freeway, doing 75 mph. She tried to restart the engine, just to have the thing catch fire, doing 75 mph. Sounds more and more like a "Joseph James" car by the minute! She tries to get it off the road, it won't stop and she ends up hitting the guard rail, kicking out the window, I guess the door was a less convenient method of exit in that situation, and got out unscathed. Needless to say, Nissan has paid her for SEVERAL Altimas, Sentras, Maximas, Z's, Pathfinders, Xterras, and Armadas. Not to mention the whole truck and van line. I'm sure you get the picture.

So, there are much worse things that can happen. I'm thankful for my problem and just hope that when I turn the key here in about 1o minutes, that it starts and no other unnecessary drama unfolds. Hope you've had a wonderful Friday off like I have and if you had to work.... I'm sorry.

-approved by Farley Wells, CMDI who's packing the extinguisher just in case.
