The Real McCoy

Early Monday morning, we said good-bye to my dad's oldest brother. Betcha didn't know we had a real cowboy in our family. This is him, Billy Carl "Bill" Dutton, he was the real deal! A Texan, American, and just an all around good ole boy, never meanin' no harm. The funeral is pretty much themed after an old George Strait song entitled, "The Cowboy Rides Away," very befitting of a man like Uncle Bill! We'll miss you Bill! You'll always be in our hearts.

Lynn, I'm sorry for your loss. It's not easy telling our loved good-bye. I'm glad you wrote a little about Bill. The service was very nice.
